Rizhao Port commenced operations in 1986. According to the CIC Report, it is the ninth largest coastal port in China and 14th in the world in terms of 2017 throughput. Our predecessor, Rizhao Jurong Port Terminals Co., Ltd. was an equity joint venture company established in China in March 2011 by Rizhao Port Group and Jurong Port. According to the CIC Report, we are the largest port for grain and woodchip imports in China in terms of 2018 throughput. As of the Latest Practicable Date, we operated a total of four berths and leased out four berths, all of which are located in the Shijiu Port Area of Rizhao Port.
The history of Rizhao Port Group can be traced back to the establishment of its predecessors, the Rizhao Port Authority and the Lanshan Port Authority, which were established in 1984 and 1985 respectively. Rizhao Port Group is a limited liability company established in China in February 2004 with a registered capital of RMB 5,000,000,000 and is wholly-owned by the Rizhao Municipal People's Government. Rizhao Port Group is authorized by Rizhao Municipal People's Government to manage and operate Rizhao Port, and is mainly engaged in port operations, logistics, construction, finance and trade.
Jurong Port commenced operations in 1965 and was established as a private company limited by shares in Singapore in August 2000 with a paid-up share capital of S$683,400,002. Jurong Port is wholly owned by Jurong Group (a Singaporean State-owned Real Estate Company, a statutory body under the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Government of Singapore). Jurong Port is principally engaged in port operations, handling general, bulk and containerized cargo.
In preparation for the global public offering, our company was converted into a joint stock limited liability company in December 2018 in accordance with the PRC Company Law.

2014 · Obtained Class A status as grain imports inspection point in the Port of Rizhao and
became one of the first batch of 58 designated ports for grain imports in China
· Commencement of operations for our first automated bulk grain rail loading station |
2015 · Completion of bulk grain storage silo capacity expansion |
2016 · Completion of woodchip belt conveyor capacity expansion |
2017 · First trial operations of grains using open-top containers loaded onto train wagons · Implementation of port system for collection and distribution of cargos |
2018 · Received and completed cargo discharge for the maiden voyage of woodchip bulk
carrier, “Sun Plus”, from Australia
